HONEYMOON IN CABO SAN LUCAS

Cabo San Lucas Minigraphic for Casa De Garcia blog

Last month we were finally able to go on our honeymoon. We spent five long days in Cabo San Lucas. We booked an all inclusive package at Marquis Los Cabos and it was absolutely amazing! We already want to make plans to go next year. Check out our pics from our stay at the resort.

Our shuttle pulled right up to the reservations desk. The desks are at base of each arch and overlooks the ocean below. It was beautiful. The breeze from the ocean felt amazing.

When we checked in we got upgraded from an ocean view room to an ocean front junior suite. Kevin let the resort know ahead of time that we were visiting for our honeymoon. So the staff put a banner on our door. The room itself was perfect. I can't even begin to tell you how nice it was. It was a huge suite with a balcony. There was a jacuzzi, huge double vanity, and shower. The towels were folded nicely. The one on the jacuzzi was folded like a swan. The mini bar and room service were all included. The air conditioning was even connected to the sliding glass doors to the balcony. The air would turn on when the doors were closed and off when they were opened! Kevin and I were both surprised about the turndown service. At first, we didn't even know what it was. The made our beds, organized the bathroom, and laid out mats and slippers on each side of the bed.

We woke up early each morning got sweet bread and coffee delivered right to our suite. Each suite has a little door where they would place a kettle and basket of bread at 6am. We would eat on the balcony taking in the warm sun and ocean breeze. We'd get ready and headed downstairs for breakfast, then lounge on the pool. One day we spent the entire day in the pool. We got out for meals but headed straight back. The food and service were like no other. It seriously was paradise! The resort had three restaurants two bars, and activities almost every hour. We could have stayed here forever.

We seriously recommend booking a trip to Cabo, especially at Marquis. My only regret is not taking enough pictures!
