This weekend we went to Sacramento to visit Kevin's family. His cousin Nancy celebrated her daughter's baptism and first birthday. I met a lot of his uncles, aunts, and cousins. We had some time to explore on Friday so we visited the capital and we got to see downtown Sacramento or SAC as most people refer to it. The houses nearby were gorgeous filled with the shade from the trees. It looks like a great place to live.
On Saturday we went to Elianna's baptism and had brunch at his uncle's house. Later in the afternoon we headed to Nancy's house for the party. It was over 95 degrees for the most part and it became unbearable for the most part. It wasn't until after that we realized we were pretty lucky to miss the huge storm back home.
